• A commercial qualification or equivalent experience
  (ideally in telemarketing / outbound)
• A strong service mindset
• Good manners
• A confident presence on the phone
• Solid computer and internet skills
• Thinking and acting with service in mind
• A keen sense for what customers need
• Good written and spoken German
• The knack for finding the right words in any situation
